We are the most affordable private studio for personal training in Goulburn. We offer various session lengths and options with a fully accredited, insured and experienced personal trainer. Our studio has its ow private location and is not part of any gym. Our set up includes a variety or weight machines and free weights, treadmills, rowers and stationary bikes and more. We are also centrally located close by to two parks and the Wollondilly river walking track. Dojo PT also offers free health and fitness screenings for all new clients.  Our 60 minute personal training sessions with a fully qualified trainer are only $40 per session! Come in and speak to our trainer about your goals and receive a free health & fitness screening. Your trainer will put together a program specifically designed to help you achieve your goals. Smash! 30 Minute Session


If you are already in good shape, are not a gym person and need some one to motivate you to stay in fit. Then take us up on our smash express sessions. Our trainer will give you an up tempo, high intensity workout for 30 minutes that will work all the major muscle groups of your body and improve / maintain your cardio endurance. Cost is only $25 per session.

Fighting Fit! 30 Minute Session


Do you enjoy boxing style sessions? Do you like the like type of workout from pad and focus mitt work? Do you need to unload a little frustration? Then let us get you fighting fit! These sessions will have you ducking & weaving, and punching & kicking. You will build strength in you arms, legs, back and core areas as our trainer puts you through your paces. 

For only $25 per 30 minute session you can training with a former martial arts National champion. Book now!

Group Fitness Sessions


Group fitness sessions are a great way for you and your family and friends to get active together. Whether you are all weekend warriors or total beginners, our trainer can put together great and effective work outs to suit your group. Using a combination of individual and partner exercises you can work at your own pace and also enjoy working with your friends in a fun, understanding and encouraging environment. Depending on numbers, these sessions can start as low as $10 per person.  

Gently Now - 30 Minutes


Our gently now program is 30 minute work out designed for those who are new to exercise, returning to exercise or are looking for a workout that will suit their changing abilities. Your trainer will take you through a free health and fitness screening and discuss your goals and concerns. They will work with you to get the most out of your abilities while building on your current fitness level. Our trainer understands that everyone can train hard, if they train smart. Circuit Classes


If you need lots of variety in your exercise and need it changed up completely from work out to work out to stay interested and motivated, then our circuit classes are exactly what you need. Incorporating resistance training, conditioning training, stretching and other forms of exercise, our circuit classes will have you in great shape in no time. We are fully equipped to handle individual or group sessions on our circuit classes which can run from 30 minutes - 90 minutes. Depending on numbers, these classes can cost as low as $10 per person, so there are no excuses!
